Welcome to Advance Family Dental! Our friendly, caring staff always looks forward to meeting new smiles. To help us better understand oral health history and concerns, we ask new patients to complete health insurance forms. We also provide additional forms to help you get to know our dental office and services. Children under 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
First Dental Visit
During your first visit, your dentist will meet with you to discuss any oral concerns or problems. In about an hour, your dentist will conduct an oral examine for problems areas and decay, provide a teeth cleaning, offer hygiene suggestions, and recommend additional treatment depending your concerns. X-rays and and appointments for future observations may be scheduled.
Dental Consulation
Our dentist will meet with you to discuss our services and answer your questions about orthodontist consultation, routine check ups, emergency visits, and additional areas of interest. Our team is dedicated to providing professional advice and information to help you make the best decision for your oral health. We look forward to getting to know you!
